Roadtrips… and all that Jazz!

Last week saw our very first visitor from the UK! Exciting times and even better that Mr M and I took a few days off work to show Jazz around properly. Four days of seeing some of the best NZ can offer, can’t turn my nose up at that! The weather was beautiful – sunny with lots of blue skies and not even a hint of any rain.

All in all we had a great time. Lots of laughs, lots of beer, some crazy driving (not on our part!) and excessive amounts of amazing scenery!

I’ve split the blog posts into three days as there are so many pictures just for one post! Our first day was spent in Kaikoura. No matter how many times I go there it never gets dull!

Viewpoint in Kaikoura. The day was so clear that we could see the Banks Peninsula 265km away!
